Encore Upgrade Scheduled for March 6th, 2010
The Encore upgrade is scheduled for Saturday, March 6, 2010, from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please do not plan to use Encore during this time. We anticipate the system will be available Sunday, March 7th.
A summary of items in the upgrade are:
- An updated look; new color scheme.
- Reports have a different look.
- The 'Attending School Roster’ report is now located under the 'Client Reports' link. An updated Compliance Report job aid will be available after the upgrade.
- Resolution on some issues
- Interim Placement Review, IEP p.1 – reflects Interim IEP dates
- Supplemental IEP, Purpose of meeting field on IEP p.1 no longer clones the previous IEP meeting type
- Student Primary and Home Language contain language information
- Anticipated improved performance.
- Ability to attach larger files and more than five attachments.
Reminder: Please lock any open events if the meetings have been held. Best practice is open events should be locked within a week after the meeting.
As a precaution, please print draft forms in events that are open.
